Looking at how the stance/body moves the arms

The 3 tantien areas and their basic functions
 
In the last 30 minutes we finish with a full Shibashi Qigong Set 1 for you to enjoy. 
I give lots of prompts and helpful tips to remind you of some of the detail, energy cultivation or purpose behind the movements but while also trying to allow you to relax and enjoy following me. 
These are more prompts than we would normally give out in a typical relaxation session but a good opportunity for me to provide information & depth within this Masterclass.
This is also an example of how to make a Shibashi set around 30 minutes for occasions where you have limited time, doing a talk or demonstration or if you have a new group who may not be very strong, have health conditions and a 30 minute session is enough for them to cope with.
