  • The key points of getting into the correct Bear Stance (hip width) exploring feet, knees, hips, pelvis, head, arms, chest, shoulders & fingers.

  • What is ‘relaxed’, ‘letting go’ ‘collapsed’

  • How to engage the whole body so it moves as one allowing us to ‘be’ the movements rather than ‘do’ the movements.

  • Allowing the Breath to lead the movement and the body follow the breath

  • We finish with a 10 minute relaxing yin/yang rebalancing sequence then a short energy session to relax and enjoy
