​We explore a sequence of Qigong movements which take the body through the natural cycle and phases of the 5 Elements, building and moving Qi gently, calmly and gradually, through the whole body and then sinking and storing Qi to finish

This is a deep powerful balancing and healing Qigong set which is gentle to practice and most of the benefits can be enjoyed while seated. This is a qigong energy experience
